"Dreams are, according to some psychologists (most famously, Sigmund Freud), rich in symbolism and offer a window into the unconscious mind. Interpretation of dreams is a regular part of psychoanalysis. It is said that one may control the course and content of dreams by a technique called lucid dreaming. However, this could distract one from the dream-matter provided by the unconscious mind." Dreams I have studied dreams for several months and kept various dream journals. I have two notebooks with 3 or 4 months worth of dreams each. Dreams are so intreging the half consious, half asleep haunting images, floating around our mind. I also have an online dream journal that I have kept. My main goal was to be able to control my dreams and have more vivid realistic ones. Their is alot of info out on the web about this "Lucid dreaming". I have no proble recaling dreams, I could easily record 3-5 seprate dreams each morning if I put forth a little effort. I gradualy begain to discover that I have the ultimate VR, the ultimate vivid dream, the ultimate control where I can do anything I set my mind to. Its called Life!
