NeuralNet Search 1.0

Ok this is my first conception of my design for a new type of search engine that would work on a basis
of networks rather than isolated pages. Where connection is strengthened or weaken depending on
the incoming and outgoing refers.

We would start with a main page called the NuralNet or NN for short.
The first page to Join would put a link on its page and the follow it threw to the NN!
That page would now be logged and any referring pages would be added to NN directory

For example joes home page. have links that visit his page.
The NN tracks these and adds these underneath joe.
J/1 J/2 J/3

These pages are now added and will be tracked as well for incoming visitors.
J/1/1 J/1/2 J/1/3..... Assuming they only had three this is already quite the directory!

So this so far is only a simple automatic directory making machine.
Still rather complicated haven't worked out my thought process yet.

Each page starts with the same score 1.
The page earns points on the basis of the (incoming links points divided by its outgoing # of links)

Thus the less links you have the more points you will gain.

This is a crude picture but it rughly illistrates my ideas.

Ok in the diagram RED color Joe just hooked up with NN
His first referral comes he gets 1/3 points because he has 3 links. (1 point unregistered / 3 outgoing links)

Now he would keep getting one third each time he got a new refer if that was the only way it worked.

However each new referral is logged with NN represented in blue assuming it had 3 out going links as well it too
would get 1/3 a point a visit. With three visits it would be up to two points. Now when MR blue referral refers back
to Joe he has 2 and so joe would get 2/3 points. With three more visits to joe he would be up to 3 points and Joe
would get 1 point !

This network would strengthen the rating of each sight based on other sight referrals.

It still has a lot to work out but that is the basis for my idea.

I would like to figure out a way to weaken links as well I think that If they lost points over time
through inactivity the points would get below zero with no referring pages.
After it hit zero all connections underneath would be removed.
